Tim Schrader

Tim Schrader was born and raised in Southern California where he attended Cal Poly University and later went on to study Business Management at the University of Redlands in Redlands, CA. Following college, Tim went on to become the National Sales and Operations Manager for an organization specializing in design and integration of warehouse systems. There, he oversaw the implementation of warehouse storage systems and organizational assets ranging from basic storage solutions geared towards startups, to complex multi-million-dollar systems servicing fortune 500 companies. This diverse and deep experience was critical in shaping his understanding of managed growth, efficiency, and continuous improvement. In 2009, the opportunity for Tim to take the next step presented, and shortly after, SNC was officially founded. Tim’s dream of organizing a group of professionals with “small company feel and big company capabilities” had launched and continues to thrive today. Currently, Tim serves as President of SNC and is excited to apply the experience and knowledge into the next chapter of this great company. Tim resides in Southern California with his wife, son and 2 daughters.
Drake Kelley

Drake has over 10 years of experience in the warehouse consulting and design industry with extensive project portfolios spanning a variety of industries. From managing large, complex integrations to smaller system design and compliance projects, Drake shifts seamlessly between big-picture strategy and the crucial details of technical execution to help SNC Solutions’ clients connect the dots throughout their building transitions. Drake began his career in the clothing distribution industry where he imported and distributed large clothing brands direct to retail. From there, he joined SNC as a Sales and Project Manager where he became proficient in system design, construction management, and large-scale integrations. Now a partner within the firm, Drake helps foster an environment of teamwork and ensures that strategy is clearly defined while overseeing performance and client relations. His strong communication and client service skills enhance SNC’s process driven management philosophy. Born and raised in Southern California, Drake attended the University of Redlands, where he earned bachelor’s degrees in psychology and business along with a master’s in business administration (M.B.A.). He now resides in Canyon Lake with his wife, son, and daughter.
Kim Canell

Kim joined the staff of SNC Solutions in 2014 as an Administrative Assistant and Project Coordinator. She works closely with the project management team, acting as a point of contact and communicates with the clients and the team. Her experience spans various sectors, from corporate to education, each providing valuable experience in administration and project oversight. Among the strengths Kim brings to the team, she is proud to offer a high level of organization, deep sense of dedication, a positive attitude, and a high level of productivity. She values relationships in her life and enjoys spending time with her husband of over 20 years and their two kids.
Tom Nightingale

Tom Nightingale is a Southern California native. He later went on to graduate from Westmont College in Santa Barbara, earning three separate undergraduate degrees in Business, English and Religious Studies. Tom joined SNC in 2017 handling various roles from project management to system design and engineering. Recently, his area of focus has centered on the application of the International Fire Code (and other related standards) to storage occupancies for local municipalities across the country. He is a member of the International Code Council, the National Fire Protection Association, and FM Global. Tom resides in Santa Monica and very much enjoys LA traffic.
